Any unauthorized use or exploitation of the relevant copyrights – whether in connection with so-called ‘news reporting’, third party advertising, product endorsement or generally and otherwise – constitutes a clear infringement of the copyright of DENNIS LEUPOLD PHOTOGRAPHY™, as well as an infringement of the right-of-publicity of the pertinent subjects of such images / photographs and an infringement of such individuals’ right-of-publicity, goodwill and all other applicable rights of an intellectual property nature violation.
