Logs or Evidence of Abuse: LLC KEH Ecommerce is the owner of the website www.avito.ru which is the largest and most popular marketplace in the Russian Federation.
It has come to our attention that someone is infringing our rights in the domain name and the content of the website in question due to the use of our trademarks in the header of the website. Such use of the trademarks may confuse users about the potential economic link, the affiliation or other collaboration between the owner of the website in question and www.avito.ru. That may seriously damage our reputation due to the dubious nature of the website. We did not give the owner of the website permission to use our trademarks in any manner. Thus, such use is illegal and constitutes trademark infringement.
Moreover, the owner of the website is engaged in fraud and phishing because it impersonates the original website www.avito.ru, creates the identical copies of users’ postings, collects their personal and banking data, receives payments but the users will not get any delivery services.
Please address this issue with your customer.
