Видимо в человека аргументы кончились и он просто присылает IP. По идее 3 жалобы с нихуя, потому что никак не уймется и не напишет нормально что не так, хотя мог написать даже на почту PTR домена, да или просто на самом домен зайти, там все ссылки для связи есть. Пример этой жалобы продублировал директору Abuse в чат сотрудников OVH.
