[Online] Warning — new security alert A-219519

To the Online abuse team,

I am writing to you from the online rights protection company NetResult, which is part of Clarivate Analytics, on behalf of FIFA.

Please see the attached Letter of Authority which confirms our ability to act on behalf of FIFA with regard to monitoring and enforcing FIFA’s intellectual property rights on the internet, including in relation to digital streaming of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia.

We are currently experiencing compliance issues with an Online customer who is responsible for the streaming site sport7.pw. Please be aware that this website may not itself be hosted by Online but it is currently using Online servers with the below IP addresses to host illegal streams which feature our clients’ audio-visual content:

163.172.28.50
163.172.39.8
163.172.56.194
163.172.58.236
163.172.58.88
195.154.105.136
195.154.105.221
195.154.105.225
51.15.189.152

So far during the FIFA World Cup 2018 we have reported a total of 31 live streams relating to these IP addresses to your customer, urging them to remove material found on their website which infringes upon the copyright of FIFA. The majority of these unauthorised live streams remained online for the duration of our client’s event; as these events are broadcast live this time frame is unacceptable to both FIFA and to us.

We are writing to request that you ask your customer to comply with the takedown notices we are sending them and to make sure that reported content is removed within 15 minutes. We are currently using the email address blyahavasyl@gmail.com to contact your customer – if there is some other way that we should be contacting them then do please make us aware of this.

Alternatively, as your customer’s site features live content, please ask them to provide NetResult with an online takedown tool and we will do the removal work ourselves. Please note that many other sites provide us with takedown tools.

If this is not an option, we request that you null-route the above IP addresses to prevent them from being used to deliver any more unauthorised streams.

— I have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

— The information in this notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury, I am authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

I look forward to hearing from you and resolving this matter.

Best,

Rebecca Stavrinou
