On your servers, or on your subnet, there is a site «qorakoz.ru», which violates our copyrights.
On this illegally used and / or distributed the site management system (the original program for the computer) «DataLife Engine», registered:
— in a single register of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases (https://reestr.digital.gov.ru/reestr/304832/?sphrase_id=244897) under the Order of the Ministry of Communications of Russia No. 222 of April 28, 2017, Appendix 2, item No. 10, register No. 3482;
— as an object of intellectual property by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks under №2010612523 in the registry of computer programs on April 12, 2010. Exclusive rights to the Program belong to SoftNews Media Group LLC, according to the notification of state registration of alienation of exclusive rights (No. RD0183156 of 10/14/2015) — link http://www1.fips.ru/Archive/EVM/2015/2015.11.20/DOC/RUNW/000/002/010/612/523/document.pdf;
— as the trademark «DataLife Engine» by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks, Certificate of trademark (service mark) No. 607642 of 03/03/2017, link: https://www1.fips.ru/registers-web/action?acName=clickRegister&regName=RUTM to the open Register of Trademarks and Service Marks of the Russian Federation.
On the basis of the foregoing, we ask you to take active measures to eliminate the violation of the law, namely the suspension of the operation of this resource until the violation of copyright and intellectual rights.
Also note that the site administrator more than 14 days ago, was sent a notice to which violations of the Legislation of the Russian Federation did not follow.
