an introduction, PT Vidio Dot Com is a limited liability company duly
incorporated under the laws of Republic of Indonesia with a registered
office at SCTV Tower 14th Floor, Senayan City, Jl. Asia Afrika lot 19,
Jakarta Pusat 10270, Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as «The Company»).
The Company is engaged on video streaming service with a variety of
streaming TV content, films, soap operas, original series and sports.
The Company has been notified or found, according to the terms of the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), that some of the material found on
one of your users who operate an illegal streaming.
This streaming allegedly infringes upon the copyrights of Vidio.com and/or
