Illegal copying of the original site is confirmed by the following facts:
In the source code of a site with a domain name https://loverysing.ru/ contains links to the Tilda Publishing — tildacdn server.
The owner of a site with a domain name uses blocks created by the developers of the Tilda Publishing website builder and owned by the Copyright Holder, which have unique identifiers that are used only on the Tilda Publishing website builder platform, for example: identifier t396;
In th\u0435 source code of a site with a domain name https://loverysing.ru/ contains a link to the internal number of the project, under which it is listed on the Tilda Publishing platform (project6118526.tilda.ws).
The Site was copied bypassing the established export procedure provided for by the terms of the User Agreement, the provisions of which are mandatory for all Users. The actions performed by the site owner are not provided for by the current User’s tariff plan.

The above copyright objects are used by the owner of the site with the domain name https://loverysing.ru/ without the permission of the Copyright Holder, therefore, on illegal grounds.
Legislative justification of the requirements:
The Civil Code of the Russian Federation contains a provision on the presumption of guilt of the infringer of intellectual property rights, enshrined in Article 1250. According to Article 1261 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, copyrights to all types of computer programs (including operating systems and software complexes) that can be expressed in any language and in any form, including the source text and object code, are protected in the same way as copyrights to works of literature.
Paragraph 1. of Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation establishes that the use of an object of copyright is allowed only with the consent of the author or other copyright holder. According to paragraph 1 of Article 1229 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the copyright holder may, at its discretion, allow or prohibit other persons from using the result of intellectual activity or a means of individualization. At the same time, the absence of an outright ban is not a consent (permission) by virtue of Article 1229 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
In accordance with subclause 2, clause 1, Article 1252 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the protection of exclusive rights is possible, including by requiring the suppression of actions that violate the right or create a threat of its violation by submitting an appropriate requirement to persons who can stop such actions.
In accordance with Article 1253.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the information intermediary is responsible for the violation of exclusive rights in the event of untimely adoption of necessary and sufficient measures to stop the violation of intellectual rights when the copyright holder applies.
The copyright holder has the right, in accordance with Article 1301 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, to demand, at his choice, from the violator, instead of compensation for losses, compensation in the amount of 10 000,00 (Ten thousand) rubles of the Russian Federation to 5 000 000,00 (Five million) rubles of the Russian Federation.
The User has the right to copy the program code of the Site only if the following conditions are simultaneously met:
The possibility of copying is provided by the Tariff;
Copying is carried out using the function for exporting the program code of the Site.
The domain name on which the Site will be hosted is indicated in the Personal Account (clause 5.1 of the User Agreement).
Thus, the Administrator (Owner) of the site https://loverysing.ru/ violated the exclusive rights of the Copyright Holder to the objects of copyright.
The copyright holder highly values its intellectual property and business reputation, which are its most important assets.
The use of the result of intellectual activity, if such use is carried out without the consent of the copyright holder, is illegal and entails liability established by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and other regulatory acts.
