Permission was never granted to cache my name and any details connected to me for publication on any of the listed sites or any others.
Currently that I know of my name appears and/or is cached sites where none of these connection links have given permission for to access of publish information. They are all Malware & Hoax sites.
Please remove all content related (including the link with my name) to me and these sites straight away from any and all cloud flare hosted sites and stop from web crawling any other related content. Sites have been removed before and others appeared. Please remove all information and prevent from remaking pages. Cloudflare and any sites hosted by such have no permission to use, publish or cache these names in any form.
