section 512(c)(3)), Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and
Artistic Works and WIPO Copyright Treaty, I submit this statement with a
good faith belief that use of the aforementioned material is not authorized
by the copyright owner.
The use of that work in the manner complained of is not authorized by the
copyright owner, its agent, representative or by operation of law.
I declare under the perjury laws that this notification is true and correct
and that I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
