In accordance with the provisions of EU Electronic Commerce Directive
(Article 14), U.S. law at the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA,
section 512(c)(3)), Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and
Artistic Works and WIPO Copyright Treaty, I have a good faith belief
that use of the copyrighted or trademarked content described above, in the
manner I have complained of, is not authorized by the copyright or trademark
owner, its agent, or the law;
The information in our claim is accurate; and I declare, under penalty of
perjury, that the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an
exclusive copyright or trademark that is allegedly infringed.
I accept that my private data will only be used in the context of its
copyright notification process which include sharing a copy of this claim
with the user(s) who uploaded the allegedly infringing material
and recognize that I may be liable for damages if I knowingly
materially misrepresent that the material or activity infringes on my
copyright.
