We are advised that the websites referenced above are operating illegally as illicit online pharmacies and are currently accessible to patients in the United States. These websites are selling drugs or making medical claims to consumers in violation of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act found at Title 21, United States Code, § 331 et. seq. and the Controlled Substances Act found at Title 21, United States Code, §841 et. seq. Not only is this activity a criminal offense, it also violates your acceptable use policy as an Internet Service Provider and threatens patient safety.
We informed the website owner of our complaint, but were unable to resolve this issue. As such, we request that you immediately suspend the website(s) from publication for the offenses outlined above.
