This office writes again on behalf of IWL Enterprises Inc. and LaToya Howard in connection with it’s intellectual property rights. It has been brought to our attention that your website has published our model’s name and claiming to have lewd content of Ms.Howard on your adult website without consent.
Such infringing activities are unlawful and are a violation of our company’s and the model’s rights. Federal and common law provides numerous remedies for such infringements, including, but not limited to, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, money damages, a defendant’s profits, provisions for the destruction or confiscation of infringing products and promotional materials, and where intentional infringement is shown, attorney’s fees and treble money damages.
We’re asking that your company Cease and Desist using Ms.Howard’s name on your website. Likewise we ask that your company removes the infringing content on your website. We’re providing your company a fair amount of time to review the complaint and to remove the infringing page, and we ask that you have a representative of your company reply to this notice by May 25, 2020 with a confirmation that the infringing content has been removed.
