This resourсe is considered fraudulent, because fraudsters offer to buy QIWI wallets, but these wallets don’t exist. After payment users receive nothing. This resource doesn’t have any connection to QIWI. QIWI payment system provided information about numerous complaints from users, asking QIWI to return money transferred to fraudsters.
