Original Work: I, the undersigned, state under penalty of perjury that: Leakserv B.V. represents Kelly van Buren (hereinafter, «Our Client») in intellectual property and litigation matters. Our Client has recently learned that the reported pictures were uploaded by your client. Our Client is experiencing a lot of problems because of these stolen pictures since they are damaging her reputation. Our Client made these photos for private use and since she had made these pictures she is the rights owner and has not authorized anyone to share or upload these photos. This is a case of revenge porn which is illegal by law in the US.
Please address this issue with your customer.
